Protect your patio and deck from the scraping and gouging of unprotected
furniture. Forever Glides don't pop out like traditional glides.
They are self-leveling cushions that automatically "float"
and conform to the chairs imperfections. Forever Glides
continually conform to the changing surfaces of the outdoor environment
and are available for wrought iron, cast and wood furniture.
Wrought
Iron Furniture
The illustration below shows a typical wrought iron Forever Glide
installation. The original plastic insert is removed and discarded.
The paper is peeled from the Forever Glide cushion and the sticky
back is attached to the glide. Then both glide and cushion are
inserted into the wrought iron glide cup.
Cast
Aluminum Furniture
Forever Glides for cast aluminum outdoor furniture install in
much the same way as Forever Glides for Wrought Iron chairs. The
difference is that cast chairs do not have a glide cup. For this
reason a glide cup is provided that attaches to the chair leg
with a universal rivet. This way the cushion and glide can be
installed and you can enjoy all the benefits of Forever Glides
with cast aluminum furniture
Wood
Furniture
Forever Glides for wood furniture install in much the same way
as Forever Glides for cast aluminum furniture. In this application
a glide cup is provided but a screw is used to secure the glide
cup to the chair leg. The glide cup is attached to the wood chair
securely and the cushion and glide can now be installed.
The
Forever Glide System
Both Forever Glides for Cast Aluminum furniture and Forever Glides
for wood furniture use a three part system consisting of a glide,
a glide cushion, and a glide cup. The glide cup is either held
in, in the case of wood furniture by a screw or it is secured
with a universal rivet in the case of cast furniture. Whether
you choose Forever Glides for Wrought Iron, Forever Glides for
cast furniture or Forever Glides for wood furniture we assure
you that you are getting the best and longest lasting glides on
the market today.
