GENERAL STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
While we provide information for do-it-yourself patio furniture repair, installation of slings and installation of vinyl strap these operations are not without risk. Injury may occur during an installation or furniture may be damaged in the process. We are not responsible or liable for damages that may be sustained to persons or property during an installation. For this reason we recommend professional installation as the best option when at all possible. While care has been taken in the preparation of the information contained in this web site, Advanced Refinishing, Inc. and it's subsidiaries Chaircarepatio.com, Patioslingexpress.com and Custompowdercoating.com does not and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Anyone accessing this information does so at their own risk. It will be assumed that access indemnifies Advanced Refinishing, Inc. and it's subsidiaries from any and all injury or damage arising from such use.

PRECUT STRAP RETURN POLICY
Precut straps are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size or color. Please measure carefully before entering your order. Vinyl colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.
VINYL BY THE ROLL RETURN POLICY
There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned rolls of vinyl strapping. Rolls must be unused and returned in good condition within 30 days of original order for credit to apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will credit your account for the cost of the vinyl less 30%. Shipping charges will not be credited. If you need to return and item please send call us at 1-866-638-6416 and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

We want you to be happy with your replacement sling order from Chair Care Patio. If you are having trouble getting your slings to fit, please call us at 1-866-638-6416. We will work with you to make sure your slings are made to the correct size.
CUSTOM MADE REPLACEMENT SLING BILLING POLICY
Custom sling orders are charged to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. All replacement slings are made to your specific measurements and color preference. Replacement slings cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, custom made patio furniture slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install. Although you cannot return the slings, we will make every effort to adjust or correct the sling as needed. Please measure carefully prior to placing your order and watch our sling measuring and installation videos for complete and detailed instructions.

Chair Care Patio is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request FREE color samples prior to ordering.
SLING SIZE DISCREPANCY ADJUSTMENT & PRICING:
PLEASE TRY INSTALLING YOUR SLING BEFORE YOU CALL US! Do not compare the size of your new sling to your old sling. It will not be the same. Old slings have stretched over time. Your new sling will appear smaller than your original sling. If you are experiencing trouble installing your new sling, please watch our online sling installation video. Slings are non-returnable and non-refundable. If Chair Care Patio made your slings incorrectly, we will gladly make adjustments at no charge. If you, the customer, has made an error when measuring, we will gladly work with you to make the necessary adjustments. We want your slings to fit and our customers to be happy with our product. Additional labor fees (if any) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Error measuring on the part of Chair Care Patio
Chair Care Patio will make adjustments at no charge to slings purchased from us if the error’s in question were made in our shops. Request for adjustments must be made within 45 days from the date of invoice to be eligible for adjustments at no charge.
Error measuring on the part of the customer:
For customer errors, fees from $10 to $20 per sling will be assessed depending on the extent of alterations. All adjustments and alterations to slings must be made within 45 days from date order received. After 45 days, alteration fees will be at the discretion of Chair Care Patio.
SLING ALTERATION REQUEST
If you have followed our patio sling installation instructions completely, and still feel your replacement patio sling is still too small or too large, you MUST call us to obtain a Sling Alteration Request Number. Our technical staff will discuss your installation methods and compare the measurements you provided with the final sling size to determine if alteration is required. A Sling Alteration Request number will be assigned to your order. Please complete the information on ourSling Alteration Request form and include the paperwork inside the package when you return your slings for alteration.

SLING ALTERATION TOLERANCES
Your replacement sling fabric has a lot of stretch. We will NOT make alterations to sling length if our final sling size is PLUS or MINUS ¼” in width or PLUS or MINUS ½” in length. You should be able to stretch your sling to make up the difference in the width or the length. If the sling is just a bit too wide, we can send you additional sling spline which will help tighten the sling on the frame. DO NOT return your slings without a SLING ALTERATION REQUEST number. PLEASE TRY TO INSTALL YOUR SLINGS BEFORE YOU CALL US!
SLING WIDTH - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SLING INSTALLATION!!!! PLEASE READ
You must completely disassemble your patio chair or chaise to install new slings. You MUST loosen the bolts at the back of the chair or chaise so the sling rails will fall away. You will not be able to install your new sling unless you follow our installation instructions. We also provide a low cost spreader tool for purchase which will assist you in installing the spreader or stabilizer bar at the back of the chair frame. The new sling will be very tight and must be stretched across the frame. Please view our sling installation videos on the web site before installing.

All HOMECREST™ style replacement slings are custom made in our shop. There are many HOMECREST™ styles and the sheer volume of styles and patterns can be confusing. Make sure you are ordering the correct style of sling for your chair. We have the majority of older model Homecrest™ style replacement sling part numbers available. If you have any questions or are unsure what model to order, please call us and we'll gladly help you determine the correct sling for your HOMECREST™ style outdoor furniture.
BILLING – YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE. - The total cost of Homecrest™ style replacement slings and cushions will be billed to your credit card at the time you place the order. Payment in advance is required for ALL Homecrest custom sling and cushion orders. Homecrest™ style replacement slings and cushions are made to your specific requirements and cannot be restocked or resold.

Custom Cushions are made to your order and to your specifications. These cushions are custom made and your credit card will be billed 100% of the total order once the order is placed. Lead time for Premium Cushion orders is 4-6 weeks. Custom Cushions are not returnable due to incorrect color, size or style. All cushions are custom made at the time of order. What is outdoor poly fill?
Poly fill is something commonly used as filling for cushions and pillows. We use a line of poly fill that is designed for outdoor cushions. Our classic universal patio cushions use two layers of the poly fill to create a nice full cushion that is comfortable to sit on.
What is EZ-Dri reticulated polyurethane foam?
EZ-Dri polyether-polyurethane foam outdoor cushions dry almost immediately after exposure to rain, salt spray, melting snow, morning dew, washing, or other forms of moisture and humidity. Large, open pores allow maximum water drainage and air circulation, permitting use quickly after being wet or even saturated. With EZ-Dri outdoor cushioning materials, you achieve the best of both worlds – long lasting wear and comfort combined with extremely fast drying properties.
If you are interested in using EZ-Dri foam for your patio cushion project, please let us know. EZ-Dri foam is more expensive than standard foam, but worth the investment. Pricing depends on the size and density selected. Call us if you would like to upgrade your cushions and we can give you a quotation.
What kind of thread do you use to make outdoor cushions?
We use a high quality polyester thread that has excellent UV stability and is available in a huge variety of colors to coordinate with our patio cushion fabrics. When sewing replacement slings, we use a Gore Tenara thread, which has extreme durability against deterioration. Tenara thread is made by the folks that make Gore-Tex, commonly used for winter jackets.
What is a Universal cushion?
A universal patio cushion is designed to fit most standard aluminum and wood frame outdoor furniture. Our universal patio cushion is approximately 4” thick , filled with outdoor poly fill, and has fabric ties to secure them to the patio chair or chaise. We can make universal cushions in a large variety of fabrics and give you patio furniture a fresh new look
What is the difference between a chair pad and a chair cushion?
A chair pad is thinner than a patio chair cushion. Our chair pads are about 2” thick and commonly found on wrought iron patio furniture. The pad is secured to the seat of the wrought iron chair or chaise lounge with fabric ties.
Can I buy the outdoor fabric you offer and make my own patio furniture cushions?

How wide is the outdoor cushion fabric you offer on the website?
All outdoor cushion and sling fabrics offered on our website are 54” in width. Outdoor fabric can be purchased in one-yard increments. One yard is 36”
