PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Umbrellas are guaranteed for one year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship.
This guarantee includes the following:
Frame, crank, tilt, mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps and fabric cover
This guarantee does not cover the following:
Product failure caused by unreasonable use and/or care or acts of nature (wind/store damage).
If a defect in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our discretion, the product without charge. If a problem occurs after the warranty period you may request a repair or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage. Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility.
Vinyl and mesh fabrics do not come with any warranties.
Furniture Grade is a 100% solution dyed 8 oz acrylic. It has a 5 year limited warranty. The limited warranty is against fading, dry rot and shrinkage. These warranties do cover labor and installation supplied by the dealer.
UMBRELLA RETURN POLICY
No order can be returned without an RA# (Return Authorization Number) The RA# must be on the outside of the package near the label. If the RA# is not visible on the outside of the box the package will be refused. There is a 30% restocking fee on all orders returned. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any order with an RA#. After 30 days the product cannot be returned.
UMBRELLAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Please open and inspect each item for concealed damage from shipping. The carrier only gives us 3 days to notify them of concealed damage. After 3 days the claim will be denied. Please understand that we are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier and they will not be repaired at our expense. If you miss the deadlines you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Please take the time to inspect the product upon receipt. This is your responsibility. If there is concealed damage found after the carrier has left, you must notify us immediately so we can get the claim started before their deadline of 3 days.
