Use a 30-727 or 30-728 glide to replace the glides of your patio chair swivel bases. It is important both to your patio furniture and patio deck to have glides on your patio chair swivel bases at all times. Having glides in place will help prevent paint chipping at the bottom of your swivel bases and also protects your patio deck from scratching and marring.

Turn your patio chair upside down |

Turn your patio chair upside down so that the swivel base points upward. In most cases the existing glides will have worn flat. |
Use a drill |

Use a drill with a 7/32” bit to drill out the existing glides from the holes in the patio chair swivel base. |
After removing the existing glides |

After removing the existing glides from the patio chair base, take your new 30-727 or 30-728 glide and lightly tap them into place using a rubber mallet. |
