We are a small company with a limited number of people to take calls. We are happy to answer your questions but please place all of your orders online. Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Central Time
Friday 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Open Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon. Saturday hours start in March and continue until the end of August. After that we will be closed on Saturdays until next March. For more detailed travel information and for specific directions Click Here see our map below.

Production Times
We manufacture slings, cushions and precut vinyl strapping in our shops made to your measurements. We do not stock these items and they have to be manufactured before then can be shipped. The following are our current production times:

Items On Sale
Please do not call about refunds or credit for orders placed before or after a posted sale. While we do our best to send out free samples in a timely manner, sale prices cannot be extended no matter when those samples are received. Our employees are not responsible nor can they make customers aware of an upcoming sale because they do not know the sale schedule. Sale prices will not be honored after a sale ends. Sale pricing applies to online orders only and not for in-store sales.
