Shipping Information

PARTS ORDERS are processed and ship within 3-5 working days from the date you place your order PLUS SHIP TIME. Parts order do not always ship the same day your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing plus ship time.

CUSTOM MADE SLING ORDERS are shipping within 10-15 working days from the date you placed the order PLUS SHIP TIME!

CUSTOM CUSHION ORDERS, Homecrest sling and cushion orders and custom umbrella orders are shipping in 4-6 weeks from the date you place your order, PLUS SHIP TIME.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US We routinely ship UPS unless USPS is the only option for your shipping address. UPS rates are charged. Orders to PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, FPO & Puerto Rico addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.) UPS delivery is Business Day -- Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are not considered in estimated transit times. If you have requested expedited shipping, please be advised that this will not increase the time necessary to manufacture and or process your order.

CANADIAN ORDERS We have started shipping to Canada again but once an order is placed, we will contact you with shipping options and pricing by phone. We have found that there are some pretty severe charges placed on shipping from the US to Canada. We have had customers receive packages from us along with a nasty surprise in the form of additional shipping charges. We need some additional information from you to manage these shipping issues and to arrange a more cost effective delivery.
